Production Manager /Assistant Production Manager
Position: Full-time.
Location: San Kamphaeng-Doi Saket, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Language: Thai; knowledge of English is helpful.
Experience: Production supervision /admin experience is required.
The current Production Manager will focus on new product development. She supports this position as needed.
The workshop produces specialised, high quality hand crafted products with about 20 full-time production workers. The position manages /assists in managing the production of the running manufacturing workshop. This includes production planning, supervision, product quality, cost adherence, managing /leading production personnel and stocks & equipment control.

Bamboo Specialist
Position: Full-time.
Location: San Kamphaeng-Doi Saket, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Language: Thai or Lao, Lahu with working knowledge of Thai.
Experience: Required.
The position is part of a team of bamboo carvers. For specific bamboo items, the specialist selects the proper type and age of bamboo, prepares, cuts, skins, splices, carves, joins and finishes bamboo according to requirements. The specialist also supports product development.

Assistant /Secretary to the Manager
Position: Full-time.
Location: Bo Sang, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Language: Thai and English, well spoken and written.
Qualifications: BA English and interest in business matters OR any other BA with interest in business matters and knowledge of English
Experience: Helpful, but not required.
The assistant /secretary supports a manager's administrative and organizational responsibilities. This includes communications, correspondence and various secretarial work. Tasks are related to export and production. The position requires the ability to use the computer and understanding, reading and writing intermediate level English.

Assistant to ICT Specialist
Position: Full-time.
Location: Bo Sang, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Language: Thai and intermediate level English
Experience: Helpful, but not required.
The information and communication technology assistant supports the ICT specialist's task in managing computers and web presence of a small business. This includes basic computer maintenance, helping employees with computer issues, preparing images (photoshop), working on web site content. Intermediate to good level English is required.

Drupal Developer, Designer
Position: Full-time or contractual.

Experience: Required.
The Drupal Developer/Designer supports Drupal technical web site development. Good knowledge of Drupal is required.

Trainees
Positions: Full-time, for the duration of the traineeship.
Location: Doi Saket, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Language: Thai and/or English, spoken and written.
Experience: not required.
Several trainee projects are available. These range from specific tasks in product development, web development, accounting or management, to general traineeship in small enterprise business administration.
Trainees should have initial or more advanced knowledge of the topic that they wish to work on. All trainees are considered as "learning on the job" while trainee tasks are supported by experienced professionals. Basic knowledge of English and basic computer skills are required.
